Plastic Granules

The most prevalent delivery method of thermoplastic materials for the plastics processing sector is Plastic Granules. Plastic granules are a bulk product similar to sand or gravel because of their pourability, which simplifies granule transportation. Plastic granules are heated and injected under force into a proper mold by the plastics processor for injection molding or extrusion. It is heated in a conveying machine which is an extruder and then injected at high pressure into a particular mold which is the injection molding, fed through nozzles, or blown into a mold as a mixture of the two processes in both cases.
